When a confidential, full and thorough market analysis is required to deliver against a vacancy brief:<br />
This service is most suited to Director, Senior Management or when specific niche skill sets are needed to meet the brief.<br />
Our retained search takes a 3 stage process. Initially our team will identify a list of suitable candidates against the brief, this will be presented and discussed with you. We then further refine and pinpoint candidates down to a “short list” supported by detailed reports on each selected candidate. Finally we will offer assistance through the interview process and offer negotiations with the preferred candidate.</p>
